Coast Challenge, LLC uses experiential education...learning through experience...to develop effective working relationships within companies and organizations. While most Ropes Challenge Programs are conducted at our beautiful ropes course and corporate learning center in California, many Teambuilding Adventures can be conducted anywhere nationwide...parks, beaches, hotels or at your corporate headquarters. You can come to us, or we'll come to you!

More than 200 educational and enjoyable activities are available to incorporate into customized programs. Programs can be designed to accomplish specific goals, to build company spirit, celebrate a product launch or just for fun!

Our approach to teambuilding:

• Programs are designed to foster personal growth, enabling participants to apply what is learned to everyday life.
• Experiences are structured for the learner to take initiative, make decisions and be accountable for the results.
• Facilitated debriefings follow each activity to identify individual and team accomplishments.
• Our "Challenge by Choice" philosophy allows participants to set personal goals reachable through their own choices.
• Participants are allowed to "fail forward"...learn from failure without the cost and time of failing in a business setting.
• Programs conclude with a celebration and acknowledgement of individual/group participation and achievement.

Our assurance to you:

• Trained and certified staff members supervise all programs to monitor safety and oversee all activities. Walkie-talkies are used to maintain constant staff communication.
• On-site managerial and technical personnel inspect all activity elements prior to use.
• Catering, A/V, rentals, accommodations and transportation services are available.
• Liability insurance and workman's compensation are provided.
