Team Coast

Beach and water challenges! Teams experience a combination of low-level elements of both wet and dry varieties. This high-energy program encourages participants to work together more efficiently. Races, sporting tournaments and games may also be employed to allow individuals to re-focus their energies and re-connect with each other through productive team play.

Team Quest

A portable teambuilding event! This exciting multi-tasking program is ideal for individuals who are performance and time oriented....such as those involved with product development, IT or sales. While the challenges do not demand physical strength or fitness, creativity and collaboration are required by all team members. Programs can be conducted indoors or outdoors, at YOUR location or ours.

Team Sailing

Up-anchor and away! Small vessels are put into service for a sailing adventure that will command each participant's attention and compel the self-managed teams to fully integrate individual efforts. Everyone gets a turn at the helm and is given the opportunity to develop and demonstrate leadership skills. After the sail, an on-shore debriefing provides an evaluation of communication patterns, leadership styles, decision-making processes and team effectiveness.

Team Creations

Group projects that inspire! Participants are split into teams that must design, build and present a team project that requires time-pressured brainstorming, creative problem-solving and the spirit of cooperation. Themed competitions may include the building of a boat or car, creation of a TV commercial, or the making of wine or chili...or a number of other options.

Scavenger Hunt

It's the game you remember...but in boats! Teams take two or three hours from their busy schedule to board electric boats, solve problems, seek clues, compete for points and have fun! Questions must be answered and photos taken...plus, teams are given other unusual opportunities to earn points. Hunts can have a general theme such as Hawaiian or Eye Spy, or it can be themed to your specific company goals or objectives.

Beach Olympics

Everyone's a winner in this team competition! This program's challenging and competitive events focus on FUN. Passive and active games are rotated to keep everyone involved with each event and allows all participants to contribute to their team's overall performance. Individualized games may include kayak racing, team cheers, sandcastle building, "tank" operation, magic-carpet "flipping" or other unique events specially created by Coast Challenge.
